AIM1HOSTING'S TERMS OF USE

All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:  copyrighted material,  material we judge to be threatening, obscene, demeaning to others, or materials protected by trade secrets and other statute which damages the subscriber or any other party.

EXAMPLES OF NON-ACCEPTABLE CONTENT OR LINKS:

	Pornographic Content
	Pirated Software
	Hackers programs or archives
	IRC Bots
	Copyrighted Mp3, File Storage Download sites

We will be in complete control as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

TRAFFIC GUIDELINES

Every Hosting Plan comes with a selected amount of bandwidth a month during on your plan.  We charge $10 per gig for each gig over your selected amount.  We view bandwidth DAILY and if we see you forming a high pattern of bandwidth then we will contact you by email or phone.  We reserve the right to disable a site for any violation.

PORNOGRAPHY

These type sites are not prohibited on Aim1Hosting's Servers.  This includes any sites that may infer sexual contact, or link to adult content elsewhere.  Partial nudity as art considered acceptable. If you have any question about this policy email support at aim1hosting.com and we will be glad to review your site.

MP3's

We will not allow copyrighted MP3 music for download or archive.  You are allowed to have your own MP3's. For example: If you had a band you would like to promote your music that is allowed.

DOMAIN REGISTRATION

Domain registration is non-refundable as once we register your name, we can't take the domain name back.  So please make sure you spell the domain correctly on the sign up forms.

SELL THE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR WEBSITE

Aim1Hosting and Designs, Inc. will not be responsible for contacting new owners for any reason.  Aim1Hosting and Designs, Inc. has a contract with the person that is on the original signup sheet, and will continue  billing that person until we receive notification in writing to cancel service.  It is up to the original owner to make the necessary charges to the account by closing it or updating the account with a new sign up sheet with the new owners information.

UPGRADING/DOWNGRADING ACCOUNTS

Aim1Hosting and Designs, Inc. reserves the right to bill your account for any upgrades or downgrades that you the client may request.   Any upgrades on your account will be billed to your account for the amount in the difference in plans and term.  Any downgrade on your account will carry a $15 service fee which covers the cost of administration charges on your account.

SERVER UPDATES

Aim1Hosting and Designs, Inc. reserves the right to update its server at anytime.

SERVER ABUSE

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server is strictly prohibited.

COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING EMAIL

Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmissions of spam, flames, or mail bombs.  Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above.  Advertising sites on other servers which turn contain links to a domain on our servers is prohibited.  We consider spam any mass unsolicited message.  If you have a newsletter on your site we require you to use a double opt-in  verification setup.  If you are found to have been shamming, we will be forced to disable your domain without warning.  In addition, we will impose a $500 penalty for each spam violation.  Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy.  As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of your services without refund.

PAYMENT POLICIES

All accounts are set up within 1 business day upon receipt of full payment.  Payment is due each anniversary period 10 days prior to end of previous term.  Cancellations must be made in advance, failure to notify us before the 5 day limit set on renewals will result in the following month not being refunded.  The customer is responsible for all the money owned on the account from the time it was established to the time it is terminated.  Requests for terminations must be submitted in writing.

DISCLAIMER

Aim1Hosting and Designs, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer.  From such acts of war, fire, earthquakes, terrorism, acts of god, floods, vandalism, network outages not cause byAim1Hosting and Designs, Inc., viruses, hacking, loss of power, and loss of data due to uncontrolled reasons. Aim1Hosting and Designs, Inc. reserves the right the right to revise its policies at any time without prior notifications.
